Studio Sessions

My Garden Studio is where my One-to-Ones take place.

I have Apparatus including Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel etc. to teach the method. All the pieces are part of the system of Pilates and they were all designed by Joe Pilates.

It is very helpful to have an occasional session in the Studio on the Apparatus to help you ‘get’ what you are learning in the Mat group classes, even if regular One-to-Ones are not an option.

Of course, each session is tailored to YOUR needs.
