All payments are non refundable and non transferable.
Payment to be received 24 hours prior to session.
Non attendance for classes and One-to-Ones without 24 hours notice will result in payment for the session being deducted from the current block.
Mat classes are sold in blocks of 10 sessions to be used within 15 weeks.
All clients must complete a Health Questionnaire prior to starting my classes.
Classes and Studio Sessions are undertaken at your own risk.Please let me know before class/session anything that may cause you to suffer injury or worsen an existing condition.
If I offer alternatives which are safer for you and you don’t choose to use them I cannot be held responsible for any injury ensuing.
